We cannot allow this symbol of American greatness to vanish beneath the waves, forgotten by history.

We are a team of U.S. Veterans, Merchant Mariners, and American Heritage Preservationists, fighting for her salvation. This is more than preserving steel—it’s about protecting a piece of our national identity, honoring those who served, and ensuring that future generations can witness the legacy of American engineering and perseverance firsthand.

At over 990 feet long, the SS United States was built to embody American pride. She broke records, surpassed expectations, and stood as a beacon of national excellence. By Declaring her a National Monument, this would safeguard her legacy; repurposing her under an America First Initiative, where she can better serve our Veterans through an educational institution, a trade school, and a living maritime museum dedicated to America’s maritime achievements.
