What can I say about The Ritz that we don't already know. It's been around for DECADES. Scratch made food prepared with love. Those biscuits and gravy. Man oh man. Meatloaf Monday. There is no comparison.
Enter 2020. COVID hit hard for a lot of people and businesses. The young owner, Adam, of The Ritz had not taken a paycheck for himself since March and focused on supporting his employees and making his famous food. He just couldn't do it anymore.
We are hoping to raise enough money to keep this legendary restaurant alive and to stay. With COVID allowing non payment of rent, that is the largest bill we will have. Aside from that, we're looking at food cost, and other normal expenses. This is our last effort to keep this restaurant alive.
Anything you can contribute is helpful in this trying time.
