My name is Bob Christidis, my wife Michele & I own The Olive Branch food truck which has been servicing the stateline for over 8 years now.

After multiple obstacles & truck issues we have found ourselves in a tough position & without this go fund me could mean GAME OVER for our business.

Our truck had a major breakdown on the way to service in Beloit on Jan 6, 2026. Appears that we have a head gasket blown, with major repairs needed to various parts of the engine & fuel line that has been compromised.

As many of our customers know we have had recurrent starter problems & unfortunately been dealing with the botched transmission fix from a year ago which started this ball of frustration.

We are humbled at the request of many of our dedicated customers to set up this go fund me in the hope to alleviate business shutdown

Thank you in advance for your assistance. We have to tow the truck within the next 48 hours. We are unable to open per property owner request for service & put this out as a Hail Mary

We have found a mechanic confident to fix our truck & get us back on the roll. As of today Jan 8, 2026 we have not been fully diagnosed but know the fix is pretty significant. We will update as much as possible as we go day by day.
