We wanted to share a small update, even though this is an incredibly difficult time for us. Things remain extremely hard, and the doctors are still very worried about our little boy.

Bredford’s condition is complex, and the medical team is currently researching and closely monitoring the treatment approach being used. His treatment plan is very new and unusual, and it has not been widely used in other children before. Because of this, there are many uncertainties, and it is difficult to know how his body will respond to this combination of treatments.

On top of everything, bredford is now receiving daily G-CSF recovery injections. He is aware of them, and this has made him extremely frightened. He is often scared, in pain, and distressed, especially after an accident during one of the injections. Watching him live with this fear and discomfort is heartbreaking for us as parents.

Every day we live with fear, hope, and so much waiting. We are trusting the doctors and doing everything possible for him, but the unknown is incredibly heavy to carry.
