The painful story of Tulen from a stable condition to life threatening seizures

My sister Tulen aged 10 was born with a lack of oxygen due to poor medical conditions and a shortage of equipment in hospitals in Gaza before the war her medication was available and affordable which kept her condition stable and we were able to live with it without serious problems.

But this brutal war changed everything the medication ran out and her condition turned into severe seizures that shake her small body as if it were death itself many times over destroying her spirit day after day in the most literal sense we were shocked and did not know what to do we immediately rushed her to hospital where she spent a full month in intensive care followed by another month in a stable condition under observation after that the doctors informed us that these seizures have become chronic and will last for life and our hearts were completely broken by this devastating news

The doctors told us that Tulen cannot be discharged from hospital without providing essential devices that must stay with her at all times which are

An oxygen saturation monitor costing 300 $

An oxygen regulator costing 450 $

An oxygen cylinder costing 500 $ for sudden episodes where her oxygen levels drop

A nebuliser to ease chest problems costing 300 $

Tulen needs a compassionate heart and true humanity to support her treatment and provide the essentials for her life it is truly a matter of life or death as you can see

Before the devastating war we lived as a simple family in a modest home in Al Rimal neighbourhood in Gaza City it was not luxurious but it was our safe place filled with memories and laughter our only dream was to live in peace I worked as a freelance graphic designer I did not have much but we had enough to hope for a better future.

Like many families here we have suffered deeply and have been severely affected by the devastating war in Gaza our lives have been completely destroyed and we have been displaced repeatedly more than ten times without any resources many families have been uprooted leaving them in extreme poverty hunger and instability.

Children like my sister Tulen are the most affected by this unimaginable crisis during our time in hospital we saw many children in conditions similar to hers suffering greatly many children are facing hunger illness and lack even the most basic necessities the situation is truly catastrophic and life has become a constant struggle for survival

We are living through a horrific humanitarian crisis and we urgently need your support I appeal to you to help me and my little sister Tulen who is suffering deeply we are in desperate need of assistance to provide treatment food clean water and basic medical care and to find a way out of Gaza so she can receive proper treatment.
