Save Medics In Afghanistan - KEIHAN Foundation

As you all are undoubtedly aware, the COVID-19 outbreak has become a reality for many countries, that includes our beloved Afghanistan. Where majority of nations have the means to protect themselves as well as their medics on the frontline, Afghanistan unfortunately has not been able to handle the situation well.

While many organisations are focusing on providing food packages to people who have lost their income, we want to focus on the frontliners of Afghanistan who are working day and night, yet struggle to provide adequate aid to infected patients due to a shortage in medical protective gear. The situation is getting out of hand and it is upon us to act during this emergency.

A sufficient amount of adequate protective equipment for healthcare staff has been localised by the members of KEIHAN foundation and donations are needed for the purchase of the equipment and their transport to the designated COVID-19 hospitals in Afghanistan that need them the most.

We have put together protection kits that will provide medics with the protection they need to treat COVID-19 positive patients without getting infected.
