Save the Freaks: Free Ticket for your Support

Sunday night on the way back from Milwaukee a horrible tragedy occurred. Our truck rolled over and fortunately the driver was not harmed but one of the largest collections of some of the most rare and amazing creatures ever assembled is in peril. We would appreciate your support at this time. For any person over 18 generous enough to donate even $1 (whatever you can spare) we will be offering a free ticket to the Freakshow exhibition at any one city of your choosing on our 2024 tour.

The Twisted Kingdom Freak Show started as a passion project. The love of Natural History and the study thereof blossomed like a magnificent flower with infinite legs for petals. "Freak" was seen as such a dirty word but it really meant something was just abnormal and this appealed to me very much. A deep dive into the study of teratology ended up forming a magnificent collection that deserved to be shared with the world. So we brought it on tour with the World Oddities Expo.

Fast forward to about 7 years later and the collection grew exponentially- one of the largest collections of all real animals preserved with Cutting Edge Technologies. What made it even better was that we were doing a lot of good. A lot of people were reassured that specimens were not going to waste and anything that survived that would normally be euthanized- if it was not in pain or experiencing too much difficulty- we could provide resources and information so that they had a magnificent life. Over the years the information was curated time and time again and thousands of dollars and hours were put into the collection. A series of cases were developed to protect these rare and amazing specimens. We felt very good about them moving from city to city without damage until tragedy struck.

The day before yesterday in an unfortunate accident, the World Oddities Expo suffered a terrible tragedy. A "freak" truck accident where fortunately no one was hurt, but the truck rolled. This writer, having spent the entire day trying to get the truck out of impound, was faced with a very large bill for the service. I find myself sitting here wondering about the fate of my specimens and feeling negligent as their steward. This is a Schrodinger's two-faced cat situation. I am still waiting to discover what their fate is but I am hopeful. I have an army of brilliant practitioners that I am fortunate enough to call acquaintances and friends that can hopefully help me restore any of the damaged specimens to their former glory.

That brings me to why we are presenting you with a proposition. I would like to design cases to travel and protect these magnificent creatures even more but that is going to require a lot of money. We all know tragedy, some of us reach out and some of us do not sometimes but right now the Twisted Kingdom Freak Show is reaching out. We are collecting donations and for any donation we will offer admission to the exhibit for one person provided that they have purchased a ticket to the World Oddities Expo. This ticket to the freak Show will be universal for one person, at one of the 16 shows we will be doing in 2024. We must point out that if you are under 18 you have to have a legal guardian with you.
