Like you, we are concerned about a 95-unit 4-story apartment house proposed for the site of the historic Essex House and Train Car. We are counting on all West Orange and especially St. Cloud residents to help meet the fund drive goals. Funds will be used for our legal representation.

Size and height of buuilding.

Urbanization of historic suburban neighborhood.

Environmental intrusion to Green Ridge.

Flooding.

Driveway access.

Steep Slope

Traffic impact.

Impact to St. Cloud Elementary School student population.
