Doghouse Drinkery & Dogpark was established in 2012 with the dream of creating a fun & friendly environment for dog owners & their beloved pets to socialize & enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
There are many regulars as well as daily new members, who pets benefit from the open spaces to make new doggie acquaintances & the chance to burn off some energy.
As of March 18th, 2020 & due the Corona Virus, the bar portion of the park has closed until further notice & only 10 people at a time are allowed to enjoy the park with their furry companions.
With no income from the sale of beverages & tips, the dogpark's future is uncertain. While many patrons enjoy 2 or more beverages per visit, with the current restrictions, this is no longer possible.
I've created this fundraiser so Doghouse Drinkery & Dogpark will be able to keep the gate's open for our pet's & their owner's, who otherwise would have nowhere else to go.
Please donate what you are able to, as even the smallest amount will make a difference or even better pledge what about you normally drink per week until the park is able to resume full services.
Doghouse Drinkery & Dogpark supports local charities both human & animal alike, holds Crawfish Boils & Chile Cook off events, hosts training & nosework classes & breed meet-up's just to name a few.
It would be a shame & a very sad day to have to say goodbye to the people, pet's & owner's who make this place a such a hidden gem & sanctuary for all.
