Hey y’all! We’re Jersey Cowboy, a scratch made burger trailer and owners of a commissary kitchen based in Fort Collins, Colorado. We’re all about good food, making people feel important and involved, and making sure everyone, from our customers to our staff, feels the love in the relationship they share with the food they eat.

Recently, our walk-in cooler completely broke down, and it’s hit us hard. We were able to save most of the food but between the repairs and labor we’re now facing about $10,000 in unexpected costs.

This cooler isn’t just for us. It supports multiple small food businesses who share our commissary kitchen space. It’s a crucial part of our operation and others by keeping everything safe, fresh, and running smoothly. Without it, we’re all scrambling.
