Raising the (Boat) Bar

The beloved Brass Screw Boat Bar is on the rocks. Its creator can no longer afford upkeep and storage. This splendid, weathered relic of nautical catastrophe and triumph speaks volumes, providing a locus of convivial shenanigans. We need to act fast or it might vanish from our world. We're raising money to buy and refurbish the Boat Bar, provide her a proper trailer, and ensure her safe harbor for the foreseeable future. Once funded, we anticipate the Boat Bar can remain a cornerstone of the Brass Screw, Port Townsend's Steampunk festival, for years to come - a locus of joy, music, and conviviality.

Supported by the Brass Screw festival, Olympic Peninsula Steam promotes Port Townsend's history, education, and community.
