Save the Bernese - National BMD Rescue Network

Many of you may know my long time dream of starting a Bernese Mountain Dog rescue has come true! A few ladies and I got together and created National BMD Rescue Network with the goal of connecting Bernese, fosters, and their forever families all throughout the USA. It’s been just over a month and we have already saved 11 dogs thanks to some amazing fosters!
Now comes the not so fun part of rescue, vet bills! 2 of our girls (Bree and Bayla) need entropion surgery to correct the painful eye condition. Nearly all of our dogs come to us intact, never vaccinated, and not microchipped. Many have never even seen a vet!
We are an approved 501c3 via the IRS but they are months behind in updating their non profits online. We are also pending approval to fundraise as a non profit via Facebook.
This gofundme is to help us jumpstart our fundraising to save the Berners! If you can’t donate, please consider fostering or adopting! Or reach out to volunteer as well. We can use help with transports and grant writing.
