We the members of the Apostolic Church family are seeking help to convert this building into our new church home. This building has an unfortunate history of violence, bloodshed and suicides but we seek to change that history into a positive space for the community.

We purchased this building hoping to build a sanctuary and substance abuse counseling center. But now, the city has given us an ultimatum to renovate the building quickly otherwise it will be demolished. It would be a grave loss to the community if the building is demolished. There is great need for social services programming in the East Side of St Paul and this building would provide the housing for a community center, substance abuse counseling center, and a sanctuary in which souls would be saved.

Our goal is to raise $750,000 to fully renovate the building. It needs a new roof, plumbing, electrical, elevator for the disabled,
offices and community center build out, child care center, and a sanctuary build out. Your donations will used in three phases as described below:

Phase I:  Estimated costs, $400,000
• Rebuild basement to house food ministry.
• Install elevator
• Rebuild the first floor house:  Offices | Daycare | Sanctuary

Phase II:  Estimated costs, $200,000
• Rebuild the second floor to house Eastside Community Center
• Build facility to house non profit Eastside  legal services | Eastside Counseling Center | Eastside Community Hall.

Phase III: Estimated costs, $150,000
• Repair the roof
• Install windows
• Repair damaged exteriors
• Install new HVAC systems.
