To honor the life of DOMINICK LAROCCA, we have set up this page to donate to his favorite charity, the ASPCA. Those who knew him knew how much he loved all animals. From his own pets, to stray animals, Donnie never found an animal he didn't love or want to help. One time, he even saved a raccoon on his roof with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!!
Donnie was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. In the 70's, he moved to Staten Island with his wife Theresa who shared the same love for animals. They would have been married 47 years in October. Donnie was a retired FDNY Fireman who spent his days golfing with many special friends, new and old. He will be missed dearly by many loved ones.
Donnie lost his battle with CO-VID 19 on February 9th, 2021 at the young age of 74. In lieu of a wake, to ensure no one else gets sick, Theresa is asking to please honor him by donating to help numerous animals in need.
May Donnie Rest In Peace with his three favorite animals. His golden retrievers, Remington, Alex and Chrissy.
More information about ASPCA: The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) was the first humane society established in North America and is, today, one of the largest in the world. The ASPCA works to rescue animals from abuse, pass humane laws and share resources.
