Hey everyone. I need y’all’s help. As y’all all know I am shut down due to the permit holder of the bar not allowing or giving me consent to sell beer on the property. They are hoping that I will default on the loan because they have it sold to another business so they get their money upfront. That business is intending on mowing the bar down for parking. I am filing suit against them and it’s gonna cost $15,000-25,000 to take to court. I can file suit for $2,000 to get it started. They have already stated they have more money than me and I told them I know lots of drivers nation wide. I haven’t worked in over a month due to them starving me out.
