Save Teddy from euthanasia

Hey everyone,

I’m reaching out because we need help to save a very special dog named Teddy. His life hasn’t been easy—when he was found as a puppy, he was barely alive. He was skin and bones, covered in bed sores, and too weak to even lift his head. But despite everything, he fought to survive.

Now, Teddy is a happy, playful dog with the people he trusts. He loves to run, cuddle, and just be a dog. But he’s also struggled with fear and aggression toward people he doesn’t know, and because of that, he’s now at risk of being euthanized.

It’s heartbreaking because we know Teddy isn’t a bad dog—he’s just had a rough start and doesn’t know how to feel safe in the world. The good news is there’s a sanctuary that specializes in dogs like him, a place where he can live happily and safely. But getting him there isn’t cheap, and we need help to make it happen. This place is one of a kind. A lot of places advertise as sanctuaries for aggressive dogs, but they are either frauds or not telling the full truth. Kenos animal sanctuary is truly amazing. The dogs get home cooked meals every single day. They have their own private enclosures with a spacious yard and a cottage with AC/Heater that is like their own mini home. The total cost is 25k which sounds like a lot but the majority goes to building their homes and the daily care. The money for each dog is gone within the year and they care for the dogs until they pass.

Our rescue sent a dog to kenos 5 years ago. Blue is thriving and happy. We’re praying Teddy can join him.
