My name is Hadil, and I am writing with a broken heart. My husband Tamer (40 years old) is a loving father of three little children (ages 6, 4, and just 1). Today, his life is hanging by a thread as he battles Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a cruel and aggressive cancer.

Tamer had undergone painful intensive chemotherapy, and doctors prepared him for a bone marrow transplant from his brother. Unfortunately, the cancer returned fiercely, and now his doctors say clearly: any delay in urgent treatment could cost him his life. Time is racing against us.

The cost of this life-saving treatment (salvage therapy) and transplant is far beyond what we can ever afford. We have exhausted every option — insurance, charities, asking everywhere — but with leukemia, we do not have the luxury of waiting.

Tamer is not just my husband. He is the strength of our family, the laughter of our children, and the center of our home. Our baby just turned one and may never know his father if we cannot save him now.
