Save Sydney from Sepsis

My name is Shay, and I have three wild pups, including Sydney. Sydney has always been my happy, best girl. Found on a friend's porch, I never expected her to be my first pup, but I'm so glad she is. My extended family are cat people, but they love Sydney so much. Her favorite things include swimming in the lake, napping with her Mimi, and growling at her fur-brother. What has happened in a short period is heart-breaking.
Last summer, I noticed a little red bump on her paw. She kept licking at it, so I took her to the vet, thinking it was a bug bite and needed an antibiotic. The vet let us know that it was arthritis, and we came up with a care plan. Last week we started noticing a decline in Sydney's behavior and that the sore had gotten worse. Sydney was no longer putting pressure on the paw, and it was no longer straight. The limb's nerve is dead, and if it remains, she will go into sepsis. We are moving forward with amputation on Wednesday, and all payment for the surgery is due upfront.
I am asking for help to save Sydney from going septic. She still has a lot of fight left in her, and this issue is not from cancer, so her prognosis is good. In just two days on antibiotics, her big personality is back. She's already started to adjust as a tri-pawd pup since there is no pressure on the dead leg. From here, the concern is for the actual surgery, anesthesia and recovery. Any help you can give, I'll be eternally grateful as I know she has another few years here with me!
