Hello my name is Leslie. I am trying to raise money for my amazing mom Melanie. She is one of the hardest working dedicated women I know and CORONA VIRUS has wrecked her world.
She has worked in the health industry her whole life and along the way found a love of baking. She was baking and doing well when she saw her health begin to decline when she found keto. She now only bakes keto, gluten free, sugar free deserts and breads oh and pizza crust and I'm sure I'm leaving something out.
She was working her full time job along with running her at home bakery and decided to make a huge leap and quit her career and open a bakery. This would all be great except CORONA VIRUS!!
Just as she was getting started and begning to get things in order everything was put into quarantine. She was supposed to be opening her bakery in West Jefferson, NC well over a month ago where she would sell from the Mountains of NC to the Coast of NC along with all over the US as she is able to ship and share her amazing creations all over the US. Now things are still at a stand still, and she is so behind.
She has applied for unemployment and does not qualify, she has applied for business loans and does not qualify because she isn't large enough, she has asked her mortgage company for help and they are no help either. She is struggling and needs money to pay bills, finish the work on her bakery and live until things can get up and running.
I know this is a long shot but it is a shot worth taking! Please help if you can, anything would be amazing. I just do not want to see my moms amazing dream fall apart!
