Save Sully: Urgent Life-saving Surgery Needed

This is Sully. My son and I rescued him. He was kept in a crate and beaten severly growing up. He was rescued by an elderly lady who got to where she couldn’t take care of him so he was rehomed. He was wondering in the road with his harness half off and we contacted the owner but they said they just had a new baby and don’t want him anymore and hung up.

Sully is 8 years old and has lived with us for the past 2 1/2 years. He’s a Labrador and Rottweiler mix. We just found out last week he’s in congestive heart failure which we have him on medication for.

Sully has a blockage in his stomach blocking the intestinal tract and needs surgery quickly. The vet said if he doesn’t get the surgery soon he will die. I just had to have our 14 year old bulldog Owen put down in September. I’m not ready to let go of Sully. He’s been by my side more than ever since we lost Owen.

The vet asked me to make a gofundme because they don’t accept payments. I don’t have the money up front and I don’t get paid again until the 24th. My care credit card is maxed out now and they won’t increase the limit. I have no options at this point. He either has to have the surgery or I have to put him down. I don’t have the money for that right now either.
