Hello To You.
I am Dr. Stephen Sutherland MD - a graduate.of Howard University College of Medicine class of 2014. After graduating I discovered an epidemic of massacres and genocide in African countries such as: Sudan, Nigeria, the Congo and more.
I decided that before setting up products it would be necessary to make communities safe. First Safety Then Progress.
I have designed unique tech tools as seen in my manual of blue prints. These tools - 14 in all - are essential for creating safety in asymmetric situations. My tools include.

- creative early detector sensors
- audio & image decoys
- quadcopter swarms
- and a great deal more.
I'm proud to stand on the front line, deploying thse toos to change the dynamics and keep commnties safe.
