Greetings to all our wonderful supporters and friends! We are The Studio Number 7, a vibrant hub of creativity and innovation, nestled in the heart of New York City at 642 West 158th Street. We are reaching out to you today to share an important update about our journey and to seek your continued support.

In the past year, we embarked on an exciting venture, raising funds and commencing production in our space. However, we were thrown a curveball when our commercial landlords, Javier Martinez and Geoff Bartakovics of Artifact Living Company, informed us that the building was being condemned. 

As it turns out, this was a falsehood. Our diligent investigation revealed that the building was not being condemned, but rather, our landlords had applied for its demolition back in March 2022. This crucial information was intentionally withheld from us, a clear attempt to mislead and take advantage of our trust.

But we are not backing down. We are not just tenants; we are fighters. We are taking this battle to the Supreme Courts of New York City, standing up against this deceitful act. We believe in justice, and we are confident that it will prevail.
