In barns filled with gentle hoofbeats and quiet determination, Strides has changed lives — one ride, one breath, one brave moment at a time.

We’ve seen children with disabilities speak their first words atop a horse. Veterans with PTSD find peace for the first time in years. Adults with mobility challenges discover freedom in the saddle they thought they’d lost forever.

But now, the very program that gives them this hope — is on the verge of disappearing.

Due to unexpected grant freezes and rising costs, Strides barely has enough funding to operate for the next couple of months. After that, we will be forced to begin the heartbreaking process of shutting down — turning away those who rely on us most.

This is not just a riding program. It’s a lifeline.
