Save Steve's Life: Support His Amputation
Donation protected
Steve was found at a cat colony in central Mesa, Arizona. This colony has been undergoing TNR since this Spring but unfortunately there are at least two more mother cats left to spay. Steve was found with a piece of twine twisted tightly around his left rear leg. The twine was removed and Steve placed on antibiotics. Fortunately my great vet, Dr. Cindy Junger at Alma School Animal Hospital was able to get us in the next day. Steve is undergoing amputation of his leg. Even though he’s very small (he’s only about 6 weeks old) and a bit anemic, he is at great risk of sepsis if the leg isn’t removed ASAP. If you can help with Steve’s costs, he and I would be very grateful! Thank you for reading.
