Stella’s Restaurant & Bar has been part of the heartbeat of Battle Lake and Fergus Falls for years — a place for great food, live music, laughter, and community. We’ve been through a lot: a fire in 2019, the pandemic, and missed relief funding that others received. Each setback left a mark, and we’ve worked hard to adapt, keep people employed, and continue serving our towns.

We are raising funds to cover legitimate, disclosed business needs, including:

Operating expenses (payroll, supplies, utilities)

Debt reduction from the fire and pandemic years

Compliance requirements necessary to operate fully — including resolving the issues that currently prevent us from serving alcohol

Improvements to sustain both locations for the future

Every dollar will go toward keeping Stella’s open, compliant, and ready to serve our community for years to come. This is not about bypassing the law — it’s about meeting it head-on and doing what’s needed to get there.
