Spencer Community Trust Football Club has been devastated by the Christmas floods. Our clubhouse has been wrecked and the future of the club is now in doubt as we need to raise £8,000 to repair the damage. Our team of volunteers has done a great job clearing out the rubbish, debris and mud but now we need to repair the floor, walls and roof that have been ruined by the flood. We also need to replace the furniture and equipment destroyed by the water. It is a monumental task for a club that has become the hub of the community since being resurrected from the ashes of the defunct Northampton Spencer Football Club. We are desperate to rebuild the clubhouse so we can hold events and functions to raise money for the club and the many community projects we are involved. As well as running three youth football teams we help feed the homeless and support youth projects in the area. Please donate as much or as little as you can to help rebuild our clubhouse that will help rebuild our community as well!
