Hello, I’m Tajuansar “Taj” Diallo, founder and owner of Soak & Polish Nail Bar, a beloved and award-winning boutique nail salon in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Over the years, Soak & Polish has grown into a sanctuary for self-care, creativity, and community—a place where clients don’t just receive luxury nail services, but where they’re treated with the warmth and hospitality of family.

We've been honored as Best of Georgia multiple years in a row, and we’ve proudly built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and innovation in the beauty industry. But now, I’m asking for your help.

Why I’m Raising $350,000

After years of dedication and hard work, Soak & Polish has been forced to close its current location due to continuous, city-driven construction that completely blocked our street, drastically reducing foot traffic and making it impossible to maintain operations. I’ve exhausted every option—from negotiating with landlords to seeking city assistance—and it has become clear: we must relocate and rebuild.

This GoFundMe will allow us to:

Secure a new, centrally located building

Complete necessary leasehold improvements (plumbing, HVAC, electrical buildout, signage, etc.)

Furnish and design the space to reflect our high standards of luxury and comfort

Restock products, tools, and supplies for a full reopening

Launch a robust marketing and PR campaign

‍ Rehire our talented team of nail artists and front-of-house staff

Cover rent, utilities, and operational expenses during the rebuild phase
