Hi, my name is Shyla and this is Snow. I am a full-time nursing student at OCCC, and I need your help to fix Snow's leg. This is my junior year in college, and I will be graduating next summer. My three-year-old baby rabbit broke his left hind leg. His name is Snow, and he means the world to me. He's my baby, and I really need help getting his leg fixed. I took him to the emergency room two days after, but I spent all the money I had just for them to tell me $1,000 upfront just to do the exam, X-rays, and also give him medicine. I don't have that kind of money. Luckily, they were nice enough just to give me medication for Snow for 4 days, but he only has three left. He's already slowed his eating, and I have to manually give him water now. My baby is dying, and I really need help. I spoke to Dr. Megan Wood at Yukon Hill Animal Hospital, and she told me that it is going to be at least $2,000-$3,000 to fix his leg, if not amputation. I've been watching his poops for the past few days, and he is definitely starting to fall into GI stasis, which scares me so much.
