Hi friends! We’re fundraising for Snoop’s heartworm treatment. Snoop is a super cute and loyal pitbull mix, about 3 years old, he was a rescue from a pretty dangerous and abusive environment. Snoop is a big, little brother to his little, big brother Bo (chihuahua) and Snoop is his mamas soul dog. Who rescued who, right!

The Treatment: In consultation with our vet, we will be following the American Heartworm Society recommended treatment. He will be on doxycycline for a month, will have a month off, and then will have two months of shots (and limited movement during that time). Since he is otherwise very healthy, he has a good prognosis, but it is an expensive treatment. Our goal is to raise $3,500 – this will include his initial visit and tests, all the treatment, and a little extra for costs along the way. We are so grateful for any help!
