I am here today to ask for your help to save my niece  in a matter of life and death she has been diagnosed with liver cancer at her young age and it saddens me and my family to see her in pain so please read the attachment and contribute the best you can let's all at least sacrifice our coffee money for a day and two and help me raise this time sensitive matter.
