Save Sebastian: Urgent Surgery Needed

Saturday night we rushed our sweet three year old cat Sebastian to the emergency vet. What started as a simple blockage and urinary infection escalated into a life threatening condition. Sebastian remains at the emergency vet in Cedar Springs for the time being and we are being faced with the impossible decision of having to put him down. The surgery he needs is thousands of dollars on top of hospitalization costs we are paying. The procedure is a PU (Perineal Urethrostomy) which would shorten and widen his urethra to prevent blockages. Vets commonly refer to this procedure as a sex change. If you are able to donate it would mean the world to us. Sebastian has been in our lives for only three short years and his impact has been immeasurable. He deserves a long happy life and it breaks our hearts that he may not be able to get this life saving treatment.
