We live in the Santa Cruz Mountains in Scott's Valley. On Monday night, a tree came down onto our roof. Thankfully, no one was hurt. We have extensive damage to the roof. Because we have California's Fair Plan, our deductible is $10,000. Many in the county, and especially Scott's Valley, know us as "The Christmas House."
