Hey y'all. Yesterday, our precious Scarlett tested positive for heartworms. Me and the girls are absolutely heartbroken. The past few months have been rough for me and the girls with my health issues and me being on short-term disability. I was so excited to finally get back on track financially when we found out about Scarlett. I normally wouldn’t ask for help, but Scarlett needs help right away, in order to save her life. She has been an extremely special pup to me and the girls and would be a devastating loss. We rescued Scar at the humane society shortly after Miabella’s dad passed away, and we planned on having her trained as an emotional or grief support dog, but she didn’t need any training. Scarlett is so intuitive, and she was right there for us every step of the way. She means so much to me and the girls.
