Please Help Me Save My Spot in Nursing School – I’m Desperate

Hi guys, a lot of you know me, but for those that don’t I’m Savvanah, and I’m reaching out with the heaviest heart and most urgent plea I’ve ever had to make.

After working so hard for over two years—balancing full-time work, late nights studying, and saving every extra dollar—I was finally accepted into my dream Nursing program, starting August 11th of THIS YEAR. I’ve already invested hundreds of dollars into applications, placement tests, drug and background screenings, uniforms, and books. Everything was falling into place.

Then, out of nowhere, I got the call that turned everything upside down.

Because I recently got married, my entire financial aid package was dropped—every single grant and form of aid I was depending on to pay for school. Overnight, I went from having enough to start… to being told I need to come up with $10,000 by August 7th, or I’ll be dropped from the program I’ve worked so hard to get into.

I’m devastated, overwhelmed, and out of options. I’ve exhausted my savings on getting to this point, even reached out to friends and family. I’ve done everything I can on my own—but now I need help.

Please, if you can give anything at all—even $5—know that you are helping keep a dream alive. A dream that will lead to a lifelong career of caring for others, and giving back to my community as a nurse.
