My dearest friend Sarah Crosat needs our help!
After being extremely ill for the last couple months, she was diagnosed with a Pineal Gland Tumor (in case you need some late night reading).
Over the next several weeks she will undergo daily radiation on her brain. This will not only keep her from working, but it will make being a patient her full time job. Let's make sure the stress of medical bills, transportation expenses, childcare and all the other stresses of LIFE don't get her down. Just like you, the "GilSat" household relies on her homeland management and endless humor!
This campaign is deeply personal. Last October, when my parents and grandparents lost their homes in the Atlas fire, Sarah showed up at my house within 24 hours with clothes of every size for all 4 of them! She gave clothes "practically" off her back, reached out to every resource she had- making sure my family was fed and pets were cared for. Her boundless generosity is why my mom asks "how's Sarah doing" before asking about me when she calls me now. Thanks Sarah!
I'd just like to say this might be the only public forum I ever get to be sappy (we all know she LOVES it), Sarah Crosat- for the last 20 years you have been the best friend a girl could ask for! You have gotten me through some terrible times and ALWAYS show up when I need you most. You are loved by many, myself included!
In closing, Sarah enjoys a little friendly competition, she hates to be outdone, so PLEASE help me out!
She deserves it!
