Hello, my name is Denver Grantz. My Mom's name is Sande Grantz. She's been living in New Orleans since moving here with her husband Don (aka Dad) and four young children in 1972, and living in the house in N.O. East that they bought in 1987. She's been there through numerous good times and bad times, including evacuating for Katrina in 2005, moving into a trailer on the property in 2006, Don's untimely passing in 2007, and living in the trailer on the front lawn until being able to move back in her house (with help from the SBP) in 2013.

But now my mother, a widow on a fixed income, is in danger of losing her house, and needs financial assistance to help pay for various fines and fees. The goal is $15,000.

If you know Sande, then you know that my mother is a wonderful person. She does not deserve to be in the predicament she's in. If you've been her friend and may have lost contact with her, this is a good opportunity to reconnect and show that you care.

Please do what you can to help my Mom in celebrating her upcoming 77th birthday by helping to keep her in her home.
