I'm sorry for even asking, but our dog Sam was hit by a car yesterday and has a broken pelvis and jaw. He is in the hospital right now getting fluids and being monitored, but he needs surgery. I already got a care card, but it only covers his hospitalization for 2 days.

He is only 2, so he still has a lot of life to live, and we are doing anything we can to keep him alive. They quoted his surgery for $12k, and that's only to fix his pelvis. Anything helps and will be greatly appreciated!
