To you, and this is my story. I hope you read it attentively, as if you were placed in my shoes, in my situation.
My name is Sahar, born six months ago, a child of this war. I don't have any beautiful memories, my only memory is being born in a small tent that barely accommodates five people, along with my mother's extended family of ten members. We are far away from my father, who hasn't been able to see me even once since my birth due to my mother's displacement with her family at the beginning of the war, just before she gave birth to me. They became separated, each in a different city. My mother, me, and her family have been displaced more than four times, searching for a safe place away from bombing and terror. But there is no safe place; all the places are desolate and frightening. Eventually, our situation led us to seek refuge in a small tent each time. This tent has become our bedroom, living room, dining area, and everything else.
have gets destroyed. My father's family, who live in Gaza, had their home destroyed and bombed while they were sleeping on November 16th last year. Our house was also destroyed, and my cousin, the oldest daughter of my uncle, was martyred. The house used to be the warm place that brought the family together under one roof. Now, it's destroyed, and each of us is in a different place. It's worth mentioning that my parents had only been married for eight months before the war. They were living in a beautiful house filled with love and tranquility, and then the war came and destroyed everything, even before I was born in that house, like any child in the world. I was born in a tent, far away from my father, and I have very few clothes, which they managed to get for me after great suffering due to the scarcity of clothes, food, and medicine. Everything is destroyed, and nothing is the same as before. Even the water we drink is no longer safe.
Our life in the tent is extremely difficult. The heat of the summer and the sun's rays don't allow me to get enough sleep like any child, a maximum of twelve hours a day. I can't sleep during the day because of the intense heat, and I cry a lot because the tent is nothing but a piece of cloth, and the temperature inside is extremely high. I hope you can help me so that I can see my father and escape together from death. We love life and will strive for it as long as we can. Please, I beg you..
To save our lives, we need to pay 7000 $ for co operation to go out side Gaza and arrive to Egypt .
Please support me and my family to save our lives .
