Hello, I am RAJAB ALSAKHAFI , and I live in the Gaza Strip. During the ongoing war on Gaza, our home was bombed by Israeli forces, resulting in the martyrdom of my daughter and severe injuries to my sons.

This is my youngest son, Saeed. He suffered a critical head injury, leading to the removal of the right half of the skull bones after they were shattered. He spent weeks in the intensive care unit. As a result, his head is now extremely vulnerable. Even a minor impact to his head could be fatal. Imagine that a mere needle falling on his head could cause his death, let alone the danger posed by falling debris and missile remnants surrounding us after each bombing near us during this war.

Therefore, we are planning to take him abroad for treatment outside Gaza's hospitals as soon as possible, to undergo skull bone reconstruction surgery. This will ensure his well-being and protect him from any further risks, especially those resulting from his head injury.

And this is Mohammed, my middle son among his siblings. He also suffered multiple serious injuries due to the targeting of our home. He lost internal organs; his gallbladder was removed, as well as part of his liver. He also has fractures in his leg, where a platinum plate was inserted to help the bones heal. However, the most challenging injury is to his shoulder joint, where the lack of a platinum plate led to improper healing of the joint. This forces us to seek treatment outside Gaza to perform corrective surgery on his shoulder joint, ensuring it heals properly without affecting his daily life and activities.

Therefore, I am asking you today to extend a helping hand and assist us in raising the necessary funds to transfer my sons out of Gaza for the critical treatment they urgently need.

مرحبًا، أنا رجب السكحفي، أسكن في قطاع غزة، خلال الحرب الجارية على قطاع غزة، تم قصف منزلنا من قبل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، مما أسفر عن استشهاد ابنتي وإصابة أبنائي بجروح خطيرة.

هذا ابني سعيد، ابني الأصغر، أصيب في رأسه إصابة بالغة الخطورة وعلى إثرها تم إزالة النصف الأيمن من عظام الجمجمة في رأسه بعد تهشمها و مكوثه داخل غرفة العناية المكثفة لأسابيع. نتيجة لذلك، رأسه الآن معرض للخطر الشديد، حيث أنه مجرد اصطدام رأسه بجسم صلب ممكن أن يودي بحياته، أو لك أن تتخيل أن مجرد سقوط إبرة على رأسه قد يؤدي إلى وفاته، فما بالك بخطر سقوط الحجارة و بقايا الصواريخ التي تحيطنا من كل مكان بعد كل عملية قصف بالقرب منا خلال هذه الحرب.

فلذلك نحن نخطط لإخراجه خارج مستشفيات قطاع غزة في القريب العاجل لإجراء عملية زراعة لعظام الجمجمة له؛ لضمان تمتعه بصحة جيدة بعيدة عن أي مخاطر لا سيما التي لاحقته بعد إصابته في رأسه

و هذا محمد، ابني الأوسط من بين إخوته، أصيب أيضًا بإصابات متعددة بالغة الخطورة جراء الاستهداف الذي أصاب منزلنا، و التي على إثرها فقد أعضاء داخلية في جسده، حيث أنه تم استئصال المرارة من جسده وكذلك جزء من الكبد، و كذلك لديه كسور في ساقه حيث أنه تم تثبيت بلاتين في ساقه ليساعد على التئام الكسور، و لكن الأصعب هو إصابته في مفصل الكتف حيث أن عدم وضع البلاتين أدى إلى التئام مفصل الكتف بطريقة خاطئة مما جعلنا مضطرين للسعي لإخراجه خارج قطاع غزة لإجراء عملية تصحيح لمفصل الكتف و ضمان التئامه بشكل صحيح دون أن يؤثر على حياته و أداء مهامه اليومية.

فلذلك أنا اليوم أطلب منكم مد يد العون و المساعدة لنا؛ للتمكن من جمع الأموال اللازمة لنقل ابنائي خارج قطاع غزة لتلقي العلاج الذي يحتاجونه بشدة.
