My husband and I have a wonderful dog who is always so happy and wiggly: Sadie.
She has always been so nice and loving; she wants to lay on you even though she is almost 100 lbs.
A few weeks ago, she tore her cruciate ligament while trying to hop onto the couch.
Being a bigger dog, it puts a lot of stress on the other leg since she can't use her right one. We are working on her losing weight, which is also hard because she shouldn't move much with this tear. Trying to get her to not play with our other dogs is so hard; she is so excited, and we are jumping around trying to get her to stop.
We were able to get her into the vet's office and get x-rays of her knee. The vet offered to send the work to a vet surgeon who lives 4 hours away, and we can't do that. Thankfully, another vet office up here, Blue Ridge Pet Clinic, said they could do the surgery. We have set up an appointment for the 7th to talk about what will happen, and we already know it will be a bit of money for the surgery.
We are asking for any help for this surgery bill. They can do payments through a credit agency, but we still need help to pay for this surgery.
Anything helps our sweet baby through this painful time! Thank you!
