Save Rowan: Urgent Help Needed for Transfusion

Hey, I am 18 years old and in college. My dog, Rowan, is a 3-year-old standard poodle. She was diagnosed with Thrombocytopenia two days ago. She stayed at a Rover's house last weekend and was poisoned. I didn't have the money to take her to the vet and applied for CareCredit, which only gave me a certain amount. I used the money to pay for the emergency vet, and now Rowan needs a platelet blood transfusion in order to live. I've applied for everything and was denied because of how young I am. This is my last chance to save my dog. Please help!
