Save Richard: Urgent Surgery Needed

Richard swallowed a safety pin and needs emergency surgery. He's the sweetest boy. I rescued him from the humane society where he had been surrendered and was extremely emaciated. Since I've had him he's made a full recovery and lives a great life with his sister Jeff. I recently had ACL reconstruction surgery and haven't been able to work for a couple months. Please help me save this sweet boy.
