He had some complications with bloat which caused his stomach to flip and cut off blood flow to his stomach and spleen late last night.

The technical term is GDV (gastric dilatation-volvulus syndrome).

This in fact, is a life threatening situation. We had no choice but to move forward with the surgery to save Reign's life.

Today, we get to wake up with Reign here, earthside, with us.
