Hi! My name is Abbey. I am 8 months old and was finally just united with my best friend, Michael. We have been searching for each other for many years. Now that we found each other, we spend every second together-- walking and playing and sitting outside watching the world go by. I most definitely have improved his life as he has for me too. Unfortunately, when Michael adopted me, the previous family I lived with didn't disclose to him that I had an issue with my heart. I just had an echocardiogram which indicated that I have a narrowing of one of my heart valves, constricting blood flow into the ventricle artery which will lead to congestive heart failure, if not corrected as soon as possible. I cannot even be spayed unless I have this surgery because it is possible my heart won't make it through the spaying procedure.

While my owner is rich in love for me, he is really needing support with covering my medical bills and this very expensive surgery. We are so grateful for any amount you can spare in order to ensure I live a long and healthy life!
