Hello

My sweet labradoodle Puck got his name from my son who is an ice hockey player. Puck is in desperate need. He is in the Vet Hospital fighting for his life with Pancreatitis. His Addison disease is causing him to need more intervention to overcome the Pancreatitis. I've been out of work for almost 6 months and my savings is almost drained. Puck is like my 2nd child and this is so painful. Any monetary help would be greatly appreciated. Puck has provided service to the senior community every day his life; now he is in need of the help!
