Hi, my name is Jaylene, and I’m trying to save my dog, Princess.
I’ve had her since she was only 2 months old, and now she’s 9. She’s been with me through everything—literally my whole childhood. I got her when I was 7, and now I’m about to turn 17. She’s not just my dog, she’s my best friend and a huge part of who I am.
Recently, Princess was diagnosed with a mammary tumor that’s now considered cancer because of how big it’s gotten. The hardest part is knowing she’s still herself—she still eats, drinks, plays, and acts happy—but she has this huge mass that’s only getting worse.
The tests she needs alone are around $2,000, and the surgery could be $4,000 or more. My family and I just can’t afford that. I’ve been trying to save money on my own, doing whatever I can, but it’s not enough and it’s not fast enough with how quickly this is growing.
I’m honestly begging for help. I don’t want to lose her like this. She still has so much life in her, and I can see it every day. She deserves more time, and I’m trying everything I can to give that to her.
Anything helps, even just sharing this. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for caring about Princess. It really means everything to me.
