Help Save My friends Legs – A Former Music Industry Security Veteran in Need of Life-Saving Surgery

Hello, my name is Tracy and I’m reaching out on behalf of a very humble and caring friend Preston .

For 27 years, he dedicated his life to protecting others through his work in security. Working with bands such as One direction, The Enermy, Leona Lewis, Westlife and Boyzone to name but a few. He served at the highest levels, always putting his job before his own needs—even before his family. He was always passionate about what he brought to the job, he has helped countless people over the years, often going above and beyond without hesitation. But now, he finds himself in a position he never imagined.

Unbeknownst to him , his legs had been deteriorating while he continued working. Eventually, he had to step away from the career he loved. The NHS initially told me he needed a knee operation, but after the surgery, they admitted it wasn’t necessary. It was a student nurse who finally discovered the real issue—a blocked artery in my leg.

An angioplasty was performed, but sadly, the artery has re-blocked. Since COVID, the NHS has told him they won’t intervene until the situation becomes dire—until he needs a bypass or even face amputation.

He’s exhausted all his savings, and the family has given everything they can to support him. His circumstances have changed drastically, and he is now seeking help to fund life-saving surgeries for both of his legs. He wants to live with dignity, to walk without pain, and to find value in life once more. This will cost €35’000 which is just shy of €18’000 a leg.
