The covid-19 pandemic has caused problems for families and small businesses around the world. Especially those who may "fall in the cracks" of regulations.
Playmates International has been closed since March. We were able to open for a short time hoping to make ends meet, however were shut back down within a few days due to another club not following regulations out of our region. We are now experiencing hardship due to the current pandemic. As with every day that passes there is another changed regulation. Due to the nature of our business we do not and unfortunately will not be able to qualify for any small business grants/ loans. We can not afford to just open like some others as the fines are steep.
We fall in regulations for entertainment and gatherings and are looking at expenses beyond our current state. Not too mention the costs to keep us licensed and sales tax up to date, we will now need to add even more safety measures, get a special license to play the music our beauties dance too and keep our regular bills afloat. Things that without being open are almost impossible. We need help raising the monies to keep our business open.
Before closing we worked relentlessly to make sure all regulations were met. Temp checks, masks, hand sanitizer everywhere and the girls/managers cleaning constantly. Anything we thought would take it the extra mile for our patrons/employee's safety in these uncertain times. We would love to be able to be open. To continue to give our girls a safe place to work. Our patrons a safe place to relax and unwind. We would love to not have to ask but this is the hand 2020 dealt.
