Save Phoenix's Leg: Urgent Surgery Needed

Our little man Phoenix has fallen and broken his right knee at his growth plate. He’s only one year old and we need some help to get him back and healthy. He needs surgery to repair the fracture on his right femur and growth plate in his knee; the only other option is complete amputation unfortunately. Any and all help would be indescribably appreciated as this is happening at one of the most in opportune times imaginable.
