Pete Lee, legendary guitarist, is going through an extremely difficult time. His continuing health issues and complications that have plagued him after being shot during an attempted carjacking have been exacerbated by the negligent handling of his inheritance by the Raymond James Company, who refused to give Pete access to his own money to take care of his health. Even though he won a lawsuit against Raymond James, the large company is using its power to appeal, and it is impossible to say when and if they will ever pay anything for the irreparable damage that they have done. Meanwhile, Pete has been left destitute and in danger of losing the house left to him by his dear departed mother.
